RouteRanger — how to permanently delete your account and data

You can delete your RouteRanger account and all associated data directly from within the app. No web form or support ticket is required.

Steps to delete your account (in-app)

  1. Open the RouteRanger app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom navigation bar).
  3. Scroll to the Account section.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the account shown is correct, then tap Delete forever to confirm.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account immediately and permanently erases your progress, subscriptions, and history.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  1. Your account credentials (email, username)
  2. Your training progress (questions answered, lessons completed, study guide progress)
  3. Your subscriptions and topic preferences
  4. Your notification preferences

Active premium subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are managed separately through your store account and are not automatically cancelled by account deletion. Please cancel any active subscription through your store's subscription settings if you no longer wish to be billed.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to sign in and need your account deleted, contact us at support@routeranger.win from the email address associated with your account, and we will process the deletion manually within a reasonable timeframe.
